I’m Ursula Santos, a first-generation Latina specializing in social media marketing. It sounds pretty generic considering how in demand this role has become over the years.

I never thought that fangirling on Twitter in 2010 over that Bieber kid and crossing over to the Directioner fanbase would result in a career of writing captions for social media for a living. But here we are and it’s been pretty uncertain thus far.
